Senior Legal Officer (Draft&Review Contract) (30K–32K) (SDG-104643)
เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายกฎหมาย (ร่างและทบทวนสัญญา)

<Job responsibilities>
- Commercial registration and contacting the Ministry of Commerce
- Draft of the service contract, make an employment contract, prepare Sales contracts, and any related contracts.
- Draft and commentary Review contracts, agreements and corporate documentation between company and public company or private company
- Draft letters/correspondence to follow up on the request to comply with the contract/terminate the contract.
- Provide legal support on various claims and Sales contracts.
- Coordinate Apply for permission with various government agencies.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์และติดต่อกระทรวงพาณิชย์
- ร่างสัญญาบริการ ทำสัญญาจ้าง จัดทำสัญญาการขาย และสัญญาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ร่างและความเห็น ทบทวนสัญญา ข้อตกลง และเอกสารของบริษัทระหว่างบริษัทกับบริษัทมหาชนหรือบริษัทเอกชน
- ร่างจดหมาย/จดหมายติดตามผลคำร้องขอปฏิบัติตามสัญญา/บอกเลิกสัญญา
- ให้การสนับสนุนทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการเรียกร้องและสัญญาการขายต่างๆ
- ประสานงานยื่นขออนุญาตกับหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in law
- 2-3 years experience as legal officer
- Experience Draft and commentary Review contract
- knowledge in Commercial law
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken (all contracts are English)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in corporate legal/law firm
- Have lawyer's license
- Analyse and Provide legal advice/opinion/service on relevant legal issues and represent company in contract negotiations when necessary

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday, WIO 100%)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ร่างและวิจารณ์สัญญาทบทวน
- ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายพาณิชย์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งเขียนและพูดได้ (ทุกสัญญาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมาย/บริษัทกฎหมาย
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- วิเคราะห์และให้คำแนะนำ/ความเห็น/บริการด้านกฎหมายในประเด็นทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทในการเจรจาสัญญาเมื่อจำเป็น
