Senior Associate Engineer (35K-50K) (SDG-35988)
<Job Responsibilities>
 This position is expected to supervise building design and construction by utilizing knowledge as an advanced civil engineer
 Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer)
 Check design drawings as part of quality control. EX: no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on.
 Supervise construction site and check the building quality
 Propose better designs in order to improve building quality.
 Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor
 Interpret (Thai <-> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings
 Translate documents (Thai <-> Eng.)
 Other duties assigned
 It is non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
 Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering
 Engineer Profession Classification - Higher than "Associate" of Civil engineering
 More than 5 years of working experience as civil engineer or site engineer
 Good command of English, strong communication skills
 PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop)
 Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, Supportive and flexible, Open to learn the new knowledge and skills, Interested in various tasks
