<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact with client and received order by phone and e-mail
- Receive P/O and issue invoice
- Input data to production control system and inform P/O to factory
- Issue quotation to client
- Manage and confirm delivery schedule and inform to client
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 25 - 30 years old
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 3 years experience as sales support or production control in manufacturing company(Factory)
- Basic level of English (can write e-mail)
- Detail oriented person and familiar with documentation
- Own car or motor-bike for commuting (No company bus)
- Be able to work in Prachinburi

- ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและรับคำสั่งซื้อทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
- รับ P / O และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- ป้อนข้อมูลไปยังระบบควบคุมการผลิตและแจ้ง P / O ไปยังโรงงาน
- ออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดการและยืนยันกำหนดการจัดส่งและแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ

- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งสนับสนุนการขายหรือควบคุมการผลิตใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต (โรงงาน)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (สามารถเขียนอีเมลได้)
- บุคคลที่เน้นรายละเอียดและคุ้นเคยกับเอกสาร
- มีรถยนต์หรือจักรยานยนต์เป็นของตัวเองสำหรับการเดินทาง (ไม่มีรถบัสของ บริษัท )
- สามารถทำงานในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี
