<Job responsibilities>
1. Visit customers to retain long-term customer relationships and build new relationship with potential customers which lead to customer satisfaction and be able to generate orders and sales.
2. Prepare sales budget and be able to achieve sales and profit with superior's consult.
3. Perform technical presentations to customers and understand customers’ project specifications, needs and have abilities for proposing solution to meet customer’s requirements by involving internal concern member.
4. Understand the Customer’s detailed information (pain point, project roadmap, organization, competitor) and take proactive action for
delivering our value to customers.
5. Understand TMT policy and target match with own MBO and KPI clearly.
6. Visualize own customer's business opportunity and promotion activity with superior's consult.
7. Report superiors about all assignments and issues on time.
8. Take proactive action to achieve own MBO and KPI target

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
1. พบลูกค้าเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ใหม่กับลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพซึ่งนำไปสู่ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและสามารถสร้างคำสั่งซื้อและการขายได้
2. จัดทำงบประมาณการขายและสามารถทำยอดขายและกำไรได้ภายใต้คำปรึกษาจากหัวหน้า
3. ดำเนินการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคต่อลูกค้าและทำความเข้าใจคุณลักษณะของโครงการ ความต้องการ และมีความสามารถในการเสนอโซลูชั่นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในองค์กร
4. เข้าใจข้อมูลรายละเอียดของลูกค้า (ปัญหา แผนงานโครงการ องค์กร คู่แข่ง) และดำเนินการเชิงรุกเพื่อ
ส่งมอบคุณค่าของเราให้กับลูกค้า
5. เข้าใจนโยบาย TMT และเป้าหมายให้สอดคล้องกับ MBO และ KPI ของตนเองอย่างชัดเจน
6. สร้างภาพโอกาสทางธุรกิจและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายของลูกค้าตนเองพร้อมคำปรึกษาจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
7. รายงานหัวหน้างานเกี่ยวกับงานและเรื่องต่างๆ ให้ทันเวลา
8. ดำเนินการเชิงรุกเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย MBO และ KPI ของตนเอง


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 21 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree
. Bachelor's degree in any field.
- New graduation or Experience 1 - 2 years as a salesperson Related experience in
: Trading Company
: Electronics company
: System integrator company
: IoT business company, or Telecommunications Company
- Good Command in English, TOEIC Score 550 up (attached TOEIC score if available)
- Strong passion for Creating new businesses and sales promotions will Be a huge advantage. (training will also Be provided)
1. Use knowledge and experience to propose new techniques/creative concepts and systems based on innovative thinking.
2. Find improvement areas and resolve difficulties/issues to innovate and create more reasonable work methods and procedures.
3. Plan, propose, organize processes & procedures and carry out the plan in a concrete manner by taking into consideration the objectives, effects, time, costs, and etc to resolve issues.
4. Quickly and accurately understand the main points of a matter in any circumstances (comprehension ability) and able to organize & thoroughly investigate its true essence, and identify core causes (analytical ability).
5. Carry out work accurately and promptly that requires certain judgments that integrate practical knowledges by meeting specific deadlines.
6. Reason logically with appropriate solutions to the situation (judgment) and make clear decisions in a time.
