Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs.
• Search for contracts and potential clients and expand new customer base.
• Organize, update, and keep records of customers.
• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team.
• Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of the new customer even coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport.
• Issue quotation as customer requested.
• Handle with complaints and solve any issue for improving customer satisfaction.
• Make weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related report.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาและรักษาลูกค้าไว้โดยการนำเสนอปรับการแก้ไขปัญหาและเชิงกลยุทธ์ตามความต้องการ
• หาผู้ที่มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าและทำสัญญา และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่
• จัดระเบียบ อัปเดต และเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลของลูกค้า
• บรรลุเป้าหมายเกิน KPI การขายทั้งหมดตามที่ทีมผู้บริหารกำหนด
• ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่ และประสานงานกับสาขา คลังสินค้า และการขนส่งอื่นๆ
• ออกใบเสนอราคาตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
• จัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาใด ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• จัดทำกิจกรรมการขายรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และรายปี กำไร และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree Logistics or any related field.
• Experience in Sales for Logistics, Warehouse Sales Executive fields at least 3 years’ experience Air & Sea Freight.
• Able to work independently and a good team player with operations (presentation skills, can work under pressure)
• Advanced conversation middle level of English
• Has driving license & own car.
• Sales can communicate in Chinese middle level (No certificate is fine) is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

• สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระและเป็นทีมที่ดีพร้อมการปฏิบัติงาน (มีทักษะการนำเสนอ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง
• ภาษาจีนระดับสนทนา (ไม่มีใบรับรองก็ได้) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
