<Job responsibilities>
- Strategic sales planning for sales team to achieve the target
- Manage the sales team, support the team to achieve target
- Training the sales team to help them achieve the target
- Solve Any issues in the team

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วางแผนการขายเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้ทีมขายบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- บริหารทีมขาย สนับสนุนทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ฝึกอบรมทีมขายเพื่อช่วยให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ในทีม



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 years' experience of managing sales team.
- Sales Strategic planning and excellent negotiation skill
- Have Experience with sales to manufacturing.
- Leadership skill
- Experience in managing subordinates
- Good command of English (make a report, contact with client)
- Have Driving license (company car provided with fleet card)
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Have knowledge of lubricant, gas, and energy products.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Chiang Mai
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายเพื่อการผลิต
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารลูกน้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (จัดทำรายงาน ติดต่อลูกค้า)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (รถบริษัทมีบัตรฟลีทการ์ด)
