เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (อาคารสำนักงาน)

<Job responsibilities>
- Contact and maintain good relationship with existing and new client,
- Coordinated with all concerned parties including documents process (such quotation and etc.)
- Report directly to Japanese Manager.
- Respond in overall of Sales function and work as a part of sales team to ensure the achievement of sales target.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ติดต่อและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่
- ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงขั้นตอนเอกสาร (เช่น ใบเสนอราคา และอื่นๆ)
- รายงานตรงต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- ตอบสนองการทำงานโดยรวมของฝ่ายขายและทำงานเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- ติดต่อและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience as a Salesperson / Experience in Project Sales
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office & etc.)
- Able to speak & Write English ( with JP Manager )
- Have own car and driving license.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill
- Able to support multiple projects concurrently,
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- TOEIC 550 up
- Working Experience as sale in Japanese Company
- Experiences in office suppliers, stationery, office decoration, or project sales of an office building

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (WIO 100% ))

- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ดีเยี่ยม (MS Office และอื่นๆ)
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สื่อสารกับชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอ
- สามารถสนับสนุนหลายโครงการพร้อมกันได้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านซัพพลายเออร์สำนักงาน เครื่องเขียน การตกแต่งสำนักงาน หรือการขายโครงการอาคารสำนักงาน
