Sales Engineer (new business sector-Japanese Speaking) (30K-38K) (SDG-79116)
วิศวกรฝ่ายขาย (ภาคธุรกิจใหม่-สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and grow the new business to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Expand the company's customers in a wide area
- Identify potential customers, plan and organize sales call schedule
- Understand the technical details of the product, explain to customers the technical aspects of the product and its practicality
- Talk with customers and engineers to access equipment needs and to determine product or system requirements
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs with headquarter
- Communicate with headquarters engineer for necessary support in local
- Respond to and follow up on projects with the customer
- Builds strong relationship with the customer
- Coordinate with teams for local regulation, agreement, quotation, purchasing order, invoice, billing, etc. until the project completed
- Handle AR discrepancies
- Provide after-sales support in the technical aspects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other related tasks assigned by Report Line.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree holder (Electrical engineering or Computer engineering is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales function
- Good command of speaking and writing in English and Japanese
- Basic electronics background and knowledge
- Basic knowledge of circuit debagging
- Experience in using Linux (ubuntu) and CLI
- Software development and verification experience
- General knowledge of car electronics

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good command of Japanese is an advantage

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการและขยายธุรกิจใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการขายและผลกำไร
- ขยายลูกค้าของบริษัทในวงกว้าง
- ระบุผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้า วางแผนและจัดตารางการโทรขาย
- ทำความเข้าใจรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์ อธิบายให้ลูกค้าทราบเกี่ยวกับด้านเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งานจริง
- พูดคุยกับลูกค้าและวิศวกรเพื่อเข้าถึงความต้องการของอุปกรณ์และกำหนดข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือระบบ
- วางแผนและปรับเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้ากับสำนักงานใหญ่
- สื่อสารกับวิศวกรสำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อรับการสนับสนุนที่จำเป็นในท้องถิ่น
- ตอบสนองและติดตามโครงการกับลูกค้า
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นกับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อระเบียบท้องถิ่น ข้อตกลง ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบกำกับสินค้า วางบิล ฯลฯ จนกว่าโครงการจะแล้วเสร็จ
- จัดการความคลาดเคลื่อน AR
- ให้การสนับสนุนหลังการขายในด้านเทคนิคเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ
- งานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสายรายงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี (วิศวะไฟฟ้าหรือวิศวะคอมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษและญี่ปุ่นได้ดี
- ความรู้พื้นฐานและความรู้ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการดีบักวงจร
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้ Linux (ubuntu) และ CLI
- ประสบการณ์การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และการตรวจสอบ
- ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรถยนต์
