<Job responsibilities>
- Accompany Sales staff on customer visits to Provide technical expertise on sensor products.
- Deliver product knowledge and demonstrate how sensors meet customer needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and Provide effective solutions.
- Configure and set up sensor models according to customer requirements.
- offer hands-on Support for installation and integration of sensor systems.
- Collaborate with Sales team to ensure smooth communication between technical and commercial aspects.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain sensor products.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, functionality, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Any technical issues that arise during or after the installation phase.
- Maintain Strong relationships with clients through continuous technical Support and Follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese manufacturers to coordinate product specifications, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Any other tasks assigned by manager
*Visiting area : Bangkok, Chonburi, Ayutthaya etc
