Sales Coordinator – Plastic Department (6 Months Contract) (20K-35K) (SDG-38928)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Sales transaction data entry
 Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
 Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
 Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
 Process Environmental data from customer
 Forecast for shortage of stock for delivery
 Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
 Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
 Support team workload if needed
 Prepare report upon request from the manager
 Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 23-35 years old
 Bachelor degree
 At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator
 Having knowledge in Import and Export
 Communicable in English and able to handle English documentation and email
 Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Basic understanding of SAP
 Having TOEIC score 600 or above

Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Mon-Fri)
