Sales Coordinator (Logistic, Suvarnabhumi Office) (17K–22K) (SDG-102395)
เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย (โลจิสติกส์ สำนักงานสุวรรณภูมิ)

<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate with all concerned to Get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
- Coordinate with related parties to Support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
- Follow up with customers and oversea inquiries), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Monitor cargo movement and give advice to operation team for smooth cargo handling.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำต้นทุนเพื่อเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหา การดำเนินการ และความรับผิดชอบด้านบริการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมดเป็นบริการครบวงจร
- ติดตามผลกับลูกค้าและสอบถามข้อมูลต่างประเทศ) เช่น สถานะการจัดส่ง เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวางบิล การเคลม และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี)
- ตรวจสอบอีเมลรายวันและข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจจากบุคคลภายในและภายนอก
- ติดตามการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานปฏิบัติการเพื่อการขนถ่ายสินค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าใหม่/ปัจจุบัน
- ความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ ตามการมอบหมายของบริษัท/ผู้จัดการ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder/Logistics fields.
- Fresh Graduate from logistics or Supply is welcomed.
- Good command in English.(Mostly for document and Email)
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (air/ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
<Personality>
- Positive attitude, good personality, cooperativeness and hardworking.
- Can make good decision by yourself and good relation with other section in company.
- Can make communication and good relationship with customer.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC score 500 up will be advantage

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (WIO 100%))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Sales Coordinator/บริการลูกค้า ในด้าน Freight Forwarder/Logistics อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือซัพพลาย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เน้นด้านเอกสารและอีเมลเป็นหลัก)
- ความรู้ด้าน Incoterms และโลจิสติกส์ (การขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ/ทางทะเล และการนำเข้า/ส่งออก ฯลฯ)
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office)
