Sales Coordinator (Import) (20K-25K) (SDG-38125) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for existing business (import, export, domestic and off shore) Proceed order from the customers, arrange delivery, Tax Invoice until getting payment Create new business/trading as per budget/objective Communicate with customer, supplier, colleague to contribute stake holders Provide daily secretarial service Input tax invoice, debit note and all expense into internal system in cutoff date Issue Tax invoice Coordinating between sales and accounting department Support month end closing tasks Other tasks assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Female , age 24 – 30 years old Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in Trading company, mainly focus on Import, especially in Logistics, Electronics Parts or Automotive industries Good command in English (TOEIC around 500 above) Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, outlook) Have a pleasant personality and have an ability to work well with people, and problem-solving skills are highly valued Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience in Japanese Company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–25,000THB About the company Products: Trading (Machinery, Frozen foods, Metal Minerals, Chemicals) Business Type: General Trading Company;Automobiles / Automobile Parts;Rubber / Resin / Plastic
