Sales Coordinator (Food Division) (20K-26K) (SDG-26707)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Support sales about purchase and sales conclusion by sales PIC to delivery
 Handing the documentation task i.e. issuing purchase and/or sales contracts, invoice, debit note, etc.
 Timely and precisely manage the routine work flow; payment collection (Account receivable), payment settlement (Account payable), work flow for customs clearance and delivery to the customers etc.
 Provide and arrange the reports i.e. profit realize report as monthly, quarterly and yearly, related market report etc.
 Facilitate the related work with internal organization (back office) and external organization (customers, vendors, related government offices etc.)
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-26 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Fresh graduates are welcomed to join
 Experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales assistant in Trading company
 Good command in English (TOEIC 730 up)
 Responsible person, have innovation and can get along with team very well.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to start immediately

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
