Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
- Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
- Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำต้นทุนเพื่อเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหา การดำเนินการ และความรับผิดชอบด้านบริการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมดเป็นบริการครบวงจร
- ติดตามผลกับลูกค้าและการสอบถามจากต่างประเทศ เช่น สถานะการจัดส่ง เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเรียกเก็บเงิน การเรียกร้อง และข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ (ถ้ามี)
- ตรวจสอบอีเมลรายวันและข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจจากบุคคลภายในและภายนอก
- ติดตามการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมปฏิบัติการเพื่อการขนถ่ายสินค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าใหม่/ปัจจุบัน
- ความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ ตามการมอบหมายของบริษัท/ผู้จัดการ

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 1 year as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder/Logistics & manufacturing field.
• Fresh Graduate from Logistics or Supply is welcome.
• Good command in English.
• Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (air/ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Positive attitude, good personality, cooperativeness and hardworking.
• Can make good decision by yourself and good relation with other section in company.
• Can make communication and good relationship with customer.
• [Preferable Skill / Experience]
• TOEIC score 500 up will be advantage

• อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขาย/บริการลูกค้าในสาขาการขนส่งสินค้า/โลจิสติกส์และการผลิต
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือซัพพลาย
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• ความรู้ด้าน Incoterms และโลจิสติกส์ (สินค้าทางอากาศ/ทางทะเล และการนำเข้า/ส่งออก ฯลฯ)
• ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office)
