<Job Responsibilities>
- Mainly support for sales assistant manager and sales staff at Chemicals Department
*There are no outings or sales activities.
- Management of order placement and receipt
- Coordination of delivery date by e-mail and telephone
- Arrange for import orders
- Handing about Issuing purchase order
- Responding to client inquiries mostly via email in English
- Preparation of quotations
- Interaction with logistics departments
- Other duties as assigned by Thai assistant manager and Japanese MD

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
・At least 3-4 years of experience as a sales coordinator/assistant in any industry
・Conversational mid-high level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in chemical trading company

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Deang/ MRT SamYan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- สนับสนุนผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและพนักงานขายแผนกเคมีภัณฑ์เป็นหลัก
* ไม่มีกิจกรรมนอกสถานที่หรือการขาย
- การจัดการตำแหน่งการสั่งซื้อและใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ประสานงานวันส่งสินค้าทางอีเมล์และโทรศัพท์
- จัดทำใบสั่งนำเข้า
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการออกใบสั่งซื้อ
- การตอบคำถามของลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ผ่านทางอีเมลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- การจัดทำใบเสนอราคา
- การโต้ตอบกับแผนกโลจิสติกส์
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการชาวไทย และ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 32 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-4 ปีในฐานะผู้ประสานงานขาย/ผู้ช่วยในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
・ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับการสนทนาระดับกลาง-สูง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทค้าสารเคมี
