Sales Coordinates (20K-22K) (SDG-37415)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure the shipping schedule and quality of products
 Issue & receive PO (Purchase Order) and prepare the documents regards to export & import
 Issue shipping documents, payment slip, tax invoice etc and coordinating between sales and accounting department to get the payment on time
 Input business transaction on company’s system
 Other tasks assigned by management
After getting used to the work
 Visit clients regularly to maintain the relationship and follow up, suggest new products
 Get inquiry from client and find proper products by understanding drawing from client
 Deal with inquiry about QAQC of products
 Price negotiation with supplier and client
 Find out new supplier, mainly in Thailand.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 23-28 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any field
 Good command of English (Conversational speaking level and write correctly )
 Computer skill in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 High communication skill
 1 year experience of trading tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience as Sales coordinator or Sales support
 Working experience in Japanese company
 Knowledge or experience of logistics

English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:45-17:15(Mon-Fri)
