Sales Assistant (Japanese Speaking) (25K-45K) (SDG-26156)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Co-ordinate with Sale, Financial team and others
 Making logistics report
 Issuing invoice
 Monitoring stock balance
 Generate for logistics process that related with Shipping, Warehouse.
 Generate report and follow up with customer and supplier.
 Update the new custom laws and regulation
 Other tasks as assigned, such as take a minute in meeting.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 25-32 years
 Bachelor degree
 1-3 years of experience in field of Import-export , Logistic ,or related field
 Have Basic knowledge in Logistics, Import- Export process
 Good command in Japanese (N3 up) for internal communication with Japanese team
 Good command in English for handling report
 Able to use MS Excel

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Advance proficiency in Excel including Pivot Table, V lookup function

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level

Workplace Area: MRT Silom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
