<Job responsibilities>
Sales Coordinator in the Sales Department.
Sales Executive & Sales Support function
- Assistant to sales & marketing GM to lead the division.
- Sales activities to get the inquiries from Customer or distributor.
- Support the information to distributor. Main task can negotiate between
customer and factory to find out the best solution about production, payment, delivery etc.
- Discussing Product specifications between customers and distributor
- Issue the quotation and contract of the Product specification to customer.
- Delivery control.
- Payment following up.
- Able to visit to the customers (Sometimes make a business trip to domestic throughout Thailand)
- Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
- Support to sales team/ Coordinate between divisions.
- Any assignment by GM.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขายในฝ่ายขาย.
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขาย
- ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขายและการตลาด GM เป็นผู้นำแผนก
- กิจกรรมการขายเพื่อรับข้อซักถามจากลูกค้าหรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่าย งานหลักสามารถเจรจาระหว่างกันได้
ลูกค้าและโรงงานเพื่อค้นหาทางออกที่ดีที่สุดเกี่ยวกับการผลิต การชำระเงิน การจัดส่ง ฯลฯ
- หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- ออกใบเสนอราคาและสัญญาข้อกำหนดคุณสมบัติผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- การควบคุมการส่งมอบ
- ติดตามการชำระเงิน
- สามารถพบลูกค้าได้ (บางครั้งเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจภายในประเทศทั่วประเทศไทย)
- รายงานประจำเดือนเพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน (ยอดขาย/กำไรขั้นต้น)
- สนับสนุนทีมขาย / ประสานงานระหว่างแผนก
- การมอบหมายใด ๆ จาก GM


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Sales or Sale Coordinator.
- English communicates at an intermediate level.
- Able to drive and go on business trip throughout Thailand.
- Have good follower skills.
- Have multitasking skills.
- Able to Set up the priorities of the tasks.
<Perferable Skills/Experience>
- knowledge of engineering (Prefer)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Bang Na
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, WIO 100%)

- สัญชาติไทย , เพศชาย อายุ 27 - 32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในตำแหน่ง Sales Coordinator หรือ Sales Coordinator
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
- สามารถขับรถและเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจได้ทั่วประเทศไทย
- มีทักษะในการเป็นผู้ตามที่ดี
- มีทักษะการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน
- สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่เหมาะสม>
- มีความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรม (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
