Sales Administrative (20K–30K) (SDG-115825) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for issuing and managing the Sales operations such as transactions, documentations, Sales files, Sales orders, Sales weekly & monthly reports, prepare company document for Support customer, prepare purchase requests, collect of customer and vendor, and other assignments in Sales administration area. - Coordinate and Support with Sales team. - Following up on ongoing orders and upcoming shipments as delivery plans with outsourse. - Contact to suppliers and customers about shipments, unforeseen delays or problems and respond to customer issues and solve problem. - Handling on Import and Export documents.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor degree in International business, business administration, logistics, supply chain or any related fields. - At least 1 year experience of sales support, with import-export background in Automotive or Machinery Part trading company - New graduated are welcomed. - Good skill in multitasking operation. - Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). - Conversational High Level of English (both in writing and speaking).
