Safety Assistant Manager (40K – 60K) (SDG-107557)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายความปลอดภัย
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect and give recommendations to the employer to comply with the law on occupational safety, health, and environment.
• Analyze the work to indicate possible dangers, including setting and presenting preventive measures and procedures for working safely to the employer.
• Assess the risks in occupational safety, health, and environment.
• Analyze work plans and recommendations for every working unit, and give advice on safety measures to the employer.
• Inspect and assess the operation of the workplace to comply with the work plan and project, or occupational safety measures.
• Advise the employees to follow the company’s occupational safety
• Give advice, teach, and train the employees to work safely and without any risk of danger.
• Examine and appraise the working conditions, or to work jointly with a person or an organization registered with the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, or relevant other laws.
• Give recommendations to the employer on the appropriate management of occupational safety in the workplace and develop it for ongoing efficiency.
• Analyze and investigate the causes of accidents, illness, or annoyance resulting from working of the employees, and make a report of the investigation, together with suggesting resolution, promptly to the employer.
• Compile statistical data, analyze, and give recommendations on accidents, illness caused by the working of the employees.
• Training on occupational and environmental diseases to employees before work to repeat knowledge at least once a year.
• Conduct other occupational safety activities as assigned by the employer.
• Provide the safety report as required by the company and related laws including weekly safety report, monthly report, and report on the work of the professional safety officer every 6 months (จป.ว)
• Train on occupational safety, health, and environmental regulation, guidance for new employees.
• Report each construction site’s KPIs every 3 months.
• Receiving the training to enhance skills as required by law.
• Consider high-risk construction project plans.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
• กำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย
• วิเคราะห์แผนงานและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับมาตรการความปลอดภัย
• ประเมินการดำเนินงานของสถานประกอบการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• แนะนำให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและแนวทางด้านความปลอดภัย
• ฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย
• ทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลหรือองค์กรที่จดทะเบียนกับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
• ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุ การเจ็บป่วยที่เกิดจากการทำงานของลูกจ้าง จัดทำรายงานผลพร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
• รวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติ และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับอุบัติเหตุ การเจ็บป่วยที่เกิดจากการทำงานของลูกจ้าง
• ฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับโรคจากการทำงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมแก่ลูกจ้างอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอื่นๆ
• จัดทำรายงานความปลอดภัยตามที่บริษัทกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ รายงานประจำสัปดาห์ รายงานประจำเดือน และรายงานการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยวิชาชีพทุก 6 เดือน (จป.ว)
• อบรมกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านความปลอดภัยสำหรับพนักงานใหม่
• รายงานตัวชี้วัดผลงานของแต่ละไซต์ก่อสร้างทุก 3 เดือน
• ฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
• พิจารณาแผนโครงการก่อสร้างที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in public health occupational health & safety (Industrial Hygiene & Safety)
• Have working experience at least 8 years as Safety in construction field
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Safety Supervisor or higher
• Have safety license
• Conversational middle level of English
