<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage overall R&D process (Product Compliance)

<Job Responsibilities>
・Visit client with sales team to hearing client requirement.
・Receiving seat model drawing from client.
・Design and develop seat structure model.
・Prepare model development configuration.
・Coordinate with other related department to trial new products.
・Testing various properties of newly developed products to meet
the specifications.
・Prepare test summary report research and development of products that are in responsibility, reporting to report line.
・To prepare Prototype Template, Master Template & Production Template
・Present the work piece to customer and receive the comment.
・Support other duties as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering majored in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field.
・At least 3 years experiences as R&D Engineer role in electronic industry.
・Strong leadership and teamwork skills with results-oriented commitment.
・Have knowledge about the regulation of electrical appliance products of each country in Asia-Oceania region (especially, ASEAN countries, Taiwan and Australia).
・Have knowledge and experience about the regulation submission process and necessary requirements of each country in Asia-Oceania region (especially, ASEAN countries, Taiwan and Australia).
・Advance conversation high in English
・Good computer proficiency.


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in the field of product compliance and international regulation in Circuit is advantage.
・Have knowledge about international standard of electrical appliance products (especially IEC Safety standard and CISPR EMC standard). Experience and knowledge in air-conditioner products standard and regulation is highly advantage.
