Quality Engineer Supervisor (25K–30K) (SDG-114254)


<Job responsibilities>
- Communicate with customers regarding complaints and implement preventive measures for each issue (Cause).
- Follow up on samples (NG samples) to verify if there are any problems.
- Investigate the causes of customer complaints and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Prepare work samples to reduce dimension discrepancies between company and customers (Correlation).
- Review and finalize reports on complaints and corrective actions.
- Execute and monitor quality targets within the department.
- Improve quality based on customer complaints and prevent the recurrence of issues.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering field
- Have 1-2 years in a Quality Engineer supervisor in manufacturing
- Conversational middle level of English (Communicate with Japanese management, documents and reports)
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001/2000 requirement
- ISO 9001/2000 Internal Quality Audit
- Quality Policy, Target, quality Manual, and quality Target of Department
- Production Procedures
- Safety & health manager level

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday working every other week (According to the company's calendar))
