Quality Engineer (Assistant Supervisor - Supervisor) (25K-35K) (SDG-74603)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage customer’s quality issues and being business contact window between the internal department and company customers.
- Coordinate with internal for analyzing cause of the problem and make explanation to the customer.
- Improve production quality to support company target with satisfy customer requirement.
- Support customer audit and improve from customer point to view.
- Co-ordinate in the new model phase with the R&D team and involve to ANPQP team.
- Leader to solve problems, monitoring, and improve the production quality to support company target with satisfy customer requirements.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial or related Engineering field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in QA/QC in Automotive or Electronics manufacturing field.
- For Supervisor level minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Others Skill: Knowledge of QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D Analysis, ISO9001, IATF16949.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri [SAT: less than 10 (depend on calendar)])

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการปัญหาด้านคุณภาพของลูกค้าและเป็นหน้าต่างการติดต่อทางธุรกิจระหว่างแผนกภายในและลูกค้าของบริษัท
- ประสานงานภายในเพื่อวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและอธิบายให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิตให้รองรับเป้าหมายของบริษัทที่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้าและปรับปรุงจากจุดลูกค้าสู่มุมมอง
- ประสานงานในระยะโมเดลใหม่กับทีม R&D และเกี่ยวข้องกับทีม ANPQP
- ผู้นำในการแก้ปัญหา ติดตาม และปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิตให้รองรับเป้าหมายของบริษัทที่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ไฟฟ้า/โทรคมนาคม/เครื่องกล/เมคคาทรอนิกส์/อุตสาหกรรมหรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้าน QA/QC ในด้านการผลิตยานยนต์หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- สำหรับระดับหัวหน้างานขั้นต่ำ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ทักษะอื่นๆ: ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ QC, 5 เหตุผล, การวิเคราะห์ 8D, ISO9001, IATF16949
- สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
