Quality Assurance Manager (40K–70K) (SDG-115875)
<Job responsibilities>
- Plan, control, Monitor, and approve operations within the Department to Ensure completion according to set goals.
- Troubleshoot and provide guidance to subordinates, as well as Cooperate and Coordinate with other departments or teams to Ensure smooth operations.
- Develop plans to improve quality.
- Define methods and activities for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the production Department and other Support functions to Resolve quality issues.
Inspect and monitor the progress of quality problem-solving actions.
- Set Work goals for the Department, track, assess Performance, and provide Feedback to the team.
Prepare quality defect reports for customers.
- Perform customer audits and comply with the IATF16949 system.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Science, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in quality control in the automotive manufacturing industry, specifically in Die Casting.
- A strong understanding of quality standards and quality management systems, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
- Quality control and quality assurance for products/raw materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- knowledge of measuring tools and testing of measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with Core Tools according to the IATF 16949 system.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools, such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 Why analysis, FAT, etc
- Conversational high level of English (use for communicate with Japanese report line and client, and do the report)
- Ability to Work well in teams, with Strong analytical skills and systematic Problem-Solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with leadership qualities.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: 1-2 times / month, depending on the company calendar))
