Quality Assurance Engineer Staff (20K–25K) (SDG-63996)
เจ้าหน้าที่วิศวกรประกันคุณภาพ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle overall of QAE functions
- Control and monitor sample part test, new model inspection.
- Analyze cause of problem to operate and follow up the improvement and preventive action.
- Summarize and prepare report to Quality process control
- Support customer to audit supplier
- Review and revise ISO document such as WI, format, standard, and etc.
- Any tasks as assign from Senior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 24- 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experience as QA/QC related with automotive part, electric parts especially screws, rivets (Fastener product)
- Experience of handling new model inspection is a must
- Experience in QA process and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001
- Able to use Core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP), Auditor, 8D Report.
- Able to use measurement or tooling (Ring guage, Vernier, Microscope etc.,)
- Having knowledge JIS standard ( Can read drawing spec follow JIS Standard)
- Able to visit supplier factory 1-2 time/Month (Ayutthaya, Suphanburi, Rayong, Prachinburi)
- Have driving's license

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการฟังก์ชัน QAE โดยรวม
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทดสอบชิ้นส่วนตัวอย่าง การตรวจสอบโมเดลใหม่
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาเพื่อดำเนินการและติดตามการปรับปรุงและดำเนินการป้องกัน
- สรุปและจัดทำรายงานการควบคุมกระบวนการคุณภาพ
- สนับสนุนลูกค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขเอกสาร ISO เช่น WI, format, standard และอื่นๆ
- งานใด ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้อาวุโส
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 24-27 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้าน QA/QC เกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า โดยเฉพาะ สกรู หมุดย้ำ (Fastener product)
- ประสบการณ์ในการจัดการการตรวจสอบโมเดลใหม่เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA process และความรู้ด้าน ISO9001, ISO14001
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือหลัก (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP), Auditor, 8D Report
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดหรือเครื่องมือ (Ring guage, Vernier, Microscope เป็นต้น)
- มีความรู้มาตรฐาน JIS (สามารถอ่านสเปก Drawing ตาม JIS Standard ได้)
- สามารถเยี่ยมชมโรงงานซัพพลายเออร์ได้ 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน (อยุธยา สุพรรณบุรี ระยอง ปราจีนบุรี)
- มีใบขับขี่
