QC Engineer (20K-25K) (SDG-75311)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Make and update inspection standard and Inspection process
- Supervise the production process of new models
- Take care and be responsible for documents related to New Model work
- Control, maintain, check the quality of workplace and products before delivery
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve quality issues and prevent problems both short term and long term
- Responsible for assigning to operational level employees to produce complete good works and in accordance with the standards
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-33 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field
- At least 5 years’ experience in QA/QC in any manufacturing industry (Precision Machining, Injection molding is preferable, Automotive industry also acceptable)
- Have knowledge in ISO 9001
- Experience in making inspection standard and Inspection process
- Can read drawing, Auto CAD skill
- Basic Level of English (Be able to reading and writing)
- Able to use ERP system (Mcframe is preferable)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบและกระบวนการตรวจสอบ
- กำกับดูแลกระบวนการผลิตรุ่นใหม่
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน New Model
- ควบคุม บำรุงรักษา ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสถานที่ทำงานและผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนส่งมอบ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและป้องกันปัญหาทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- รับผิดชอบมอบหมายให้พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการผลิตผลงานที่ดีและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-33 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีใน QA/QC ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ (Precision Machining, Injection molding เป็นที่ต้องการ, อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ก็รับพิจารณา)
- มีความรู้ด้าน ISO 9001
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบและกระบวนการตรวจสอบ
- อ่านแบบเขียนแบบ Auto CAD ได้
- ระดับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านเขียนได้)
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP ได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
