<Job responsibilities>
- Respond to complaints from clients with sales team
- Manage the production process in terms of human resource, production process and quality in Department
- Investigate the problems and identify the causes
- Discuss and suggest the improving plan
- Communicate with Other production process to improve the process
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้ากับทีมขาย
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตทั้งในด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล กระบวนการผลิต และคุณภาพในแผนก
- ตรวจสอบปัญหาและระบุสาเหตุ
- ประสานงานและเสนอแนะแผนการปรับปรุง
- สื่อสารกับกระบวนการผลิตอื่นๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience in QA/QC tasks in manufacturing company
- At least 1 year experience in management tasks
- Conversational middle level of English (Communicate with clients/JP MD)
- Person who doesn't hesitate to communicate with clients
<Preferable skill/experience>
- experience in Automobile industry
- Experience in ISO 9001, 14001

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday))

- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนากลาง (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า

- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ISO 9001, 14001
