<Job responsibilities>
Overall
- Management of the Quality Assurance function.
- Controlling risk at the point of QA/QC among all company's business activities.
- Promote understanding and dissemination about QA/QC among all staff.
- Responsible for OEM business projects from a QA/QC point of view
- Update the latest information about Thailand's Food and Drug Administration standard
- Update foreign country's food regulations with company partner
- Nurture QC/QA staff in company to have the office a stable and effective function.
QA
- Defining Quality standards and Controlling processes (including rules) in company business.
- Documentation and standardization of procedures needed for Quality Assurance, including factory audit procedures.
- Review and improvement of work process
- Training and educating staff
QC
- Implement factory audit for supplier and customer.
- Analyse issues that occurred or based on audit results and conduct correct actions.
- Effectiveness test for QA procedures.
