<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for total quality management system of knit textiles production unit
- This positions' main KPI's will be on setting quality benchmarks for the major processes and working to continuously improve on and set new higher benchmarks
- Work with the knitting, dying, finishing, and inspection departments to collect data and summaries the data to provide visibility, and feedback loops
- Create methods and new processes to improve quality for specific problem areas
- As this will be a new department, this position should be able to set-up the department from the ground up with comparatively fast results
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 3 years of working experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Quality Management and Improvement area in a manufacturing environment
- Conversational high level of English (both speaking and writing - work with foreign managers)
- Have knowledge of Quality Management systems such as TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO 9000
- Can commute or relocate to Nakonchaisri, Nakhonpathom (have company's bus support, have car parking space)
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Business level of English or Japanese
- Experience in Garment, Textiles, or related lifestyle product industries
- Data Analysis skills

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบระบบการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมของฝ่ายการผลิตผ้าถัก
- KPI หลักของตำแหน่งนี้จะกำหนดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานคุณภาพสำหรับกระบวนการหลักและทำงานเพื่อปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องและกำหนดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานใหม่ที่สูงขึ้น
- ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกถัก การย้อม การตกแต่ง และตรวจสอบเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและสรุปข้อมูลเพื่อให้มองเห็นได้ และลูปป้อนกลับ
- สร้างวิธีการและกระบวนการใหม่ ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพสำหรับพื้นที่ปัญหาเฉพาะ
- เนื่องจากจะเป็นแผนกใหม่ ตำแหน่งนี้ควรจะสามารถตั้งแผนกได้ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นด้วยผลลัพธ์ที่ค่อนข้างเร็ว
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในฐานะผู้จัดการหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการด้านการจัดการคุณภาพและปรับปรุงพื้นที่ในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิต
- ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาสูง (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน - ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการชาวต่างชาติ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ เช่น TQM, Six Sigma, Lean หรือ ISO 9000
- สามารถเดินทางหรือย้ายที่อยู่อาศัยที่ นครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม (มีรถบัสของบริษัทรองรับ, มีที่จอดรถ)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม สิ่งทอ หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
