QA Engineer (25K – 30K) (SDG-105845)

Job Detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle for QA work such as quality standard action according to ISO 9000, IATF16949, and audit etc.
• Handle for clients’ requests and solve each problems
• Join and cooperate about new model production (join as APQP team )
• Handle for PPAP documents
• Prepare for Control plan, results of inspection, process of inspection
• Business trip to Laos factory around 1 time per months (Have allowance)
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
• Other tasks as assign by Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการงาน QA เช่น การดำเนินการมาตรฐานคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9000, IATF16949 และการตรวจสอบ เป็นต้น
• ดูแลคำขอของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาแต่ละข้อ
• เข้าร่วมและให้ความร่วมมือเกี่ยวกับการผลิตโมเดลใหม่ (เข้าร่วมทีม APQP)
• จัดการเอกสาร PPAP
• จัดทำแผนการควบคุม ผลการตรวจสอบ กระบวนการตรวจสอบ
• เดินทางไปทำธุรกิจที่โรงงานลาวเดือนละประมาณ 1 ครั้ง (มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงให้)
• รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience as QA position in Automotive company
• Conversational low to middle level of English (report to Japanese manager in English)
• Have knowledge 5WHY, QC7tool ISO9001, IATF16949
• Can business trip to Laos (Have business trip allowance)
• Having experience of Wire harness products or LED electronics devise etc. is preferable.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills are preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri Sat: Around 1time per month)

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง QA ในบริษัทยานยนต์
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ)
• มีความรู้ 5WHY, QC7tool ISO9001, IATF16949
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจที่ประเทศลาวได้ (มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ)
• หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดสายไฟหรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ LED ฯลฯ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและความเป็นผู้นำจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
