<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 software application in Finance, Supply Chains, Trading or Manufacturing Modules.
- Lead business requirements sessions with clients.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications.
- Conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system.
- Create and review functional documentations such as requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plan and scripts etc.
- Perform product configuration and customization during presales and implementation phases.
- Experience and ability to present and demo solutions per customers’ requirements.
- Conduct UAT session with clients, product training and workshops.
- Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development.
- Bridge communication between business and technical people.
- Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of Dynamics AX functional experience in the Supply Chain, Master Planning Manufacturing, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Modules
- Experience in database design and ERP software implementation or support
- Strong oral and written English communication skills (When presentation and Daily conversation)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel overseas (Vietnam)
- Not change job often

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์แอปพลิเคชัน Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 ในด้านการเงิน ซัพพลายเชน การซื้อขายหรือโมดูลการผลิต
- เป็นผู้นำการประชุมความต้องการทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์และแปลข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจเป็นข้อกำหนดด้านการทำงานและการออกแบบ
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสม/ช่องว่างระหว่างความต้องการทางธุรกิจกับผลิตภัณฑ์/ระบบ
- สร้างและตรวจทานเอกสารประกอบการใช้งาน เช่น ข้อกำหนดข้อกำหนด คุณสมบัติเฉพาะ ข้อกำหนดการออกแบบ แผนการทดสอบ และสคริปต์ เป็นต้น
- ดำเนินการกำหนดค่าผลิตภัณฑ์และปรับแต่งระหว่างขั้นตอนการขายล่วงหน้าและการใช้งาน
- ประสบการณ์และความสามารถในการนำเสนอและสาธิตโซลูชั่นตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- จัดการประชุม UAT กับลูกค้า การฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ
- ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับความสามารถและข้อจำกัดของการทำงานแบบสำเร็จรูปและการพัฒนาแบบกำหนดเอง
- เป็นคนกลางสำหรับการสื่อสารระหว่างนักธุรกิจและบุคลากรทางเทคนิค
- ใช้แนวปฏิบัติ มาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด รวมถึงคุณภาพและวิธีการจัดส่ง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีของ Dynamics AX ในซัพพลายเชน การผลิตการวางแผนหลัก การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และโมดูลการจัดการคลังสินค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลและการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ ERP หรือการสนับสนุน
- ทักษะในการสื่อสารด้วยการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี (เมื่อนำเสนอและสนทนาในชีวิตประจำวัน)

- มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการนำเสนอที่ดี
- เต็มใจที่จะเดินทางไปต่างประเทศ (เวียดนาม)
- ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
