Design (Assistant) Manager (40K-100K) (SDG-8248)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in details with clients and arrange project schedule
 Understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, develop design concepts after consultation with clients and establish the final plan
 Consider materials and costs according to budget and project fees negotiation
 Conduct feasibility studies for projects/Project Management
 Maintain the standard of Quality/Cost/Delivery
 Research and gather information and photographs related to the project
 Produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients
 Other tasks as assigned


Workplace Area: Airport Rail Link Hua Mak, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00
