Project Manager (Access Control / CCTV) (60K–70K) (SDG-101226) ผู้จัดการโครงการ (Access Control / CCTV) <Job responsibilities> ・Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects ・Contact different subcontractors for comparison,and control the cost ・Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects. ・Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status ・Assign responsibilities and mentor project team ・Visit site work and control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions. ・Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・จัดเตรียม กำหนดเวลา ประสานงานและติดตามโครงการวิศวกรรมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ・ติดต่อผู้รับเหมาช่วงต่างๆ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบและควบคุมต้นทุน ・จัดเตรียม กำหนดเวลา ประสานงาน และติดตามโครงการวิศวกรรมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ・ดำเนินการควบคุมคุณภาพโดยรวมของงาน (งบประมาณ กำหนดการ แผน ผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร) และรายงานสถานะของโครงการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ・มอบหมายความรับผิดชอบและทีมโครงการที่ปรึกษา ・เดินทางไปไซต์งานและควบคุมแผนโครงการโดยการทบทวนการออกแบบ ข้อมูลจำเพาะ และแผน การเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการ และการแนะนำการดำเนินการ ・จัดการการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการประกันคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
