Project Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-26345)
<Job Responsibilities>
To enhance and support a real estate fund management company's investment / portfolio management operation for its managing REIT
To report the REIT management business situation to headquarter that overlooking for the company in SEA
To propose new business opportunities to the REIT by making use of main company's business and capabilities and functions
To collect information concerning business opportunities, market trends, potential business partners and investment opportunities relating to real estate fund management industry in Thailand.
To make contact and arranging conferences with the real estate fund management company upon request.
Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Must have at least 5 years working experience in financial consulting field
Good command in English (TOEIC 750 up)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiation skills
Business awareness
High sense of responsibility
Self-motivation
Reliability
Computer skill and office equipment
