<Job responsibilities>
1. Plan and create production plans
- Calculate the material plan and Issue the purchase application.
- Submit material forecast to Purchase section.
- Check and confirm capacity every month following the customer's forecast.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments
- Confirm delivery date after receiving PO to customer service & shipping section.
- Coordinate with the QA Engineer, production, and all concerns until the plan is achieved.
3. Follow up on production progress to ensure it is on schedule
- follow up production results and sale results daily.
- Control the delivery schedule to follow the customer's requirements.
4. Collaborate with the production team to improve production efficiency
- control inventory levels of work in process, finished goods, and materials to meet KPIs.
- Issue production order sheet in the SAP system and control until complete.
5. Other duties as assigned by the Manager
