Production Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-89873) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต <Job Responsibilities> - Managing of all day to day activities in a high performing production area. - Improving the development of manpower with intermediates plants - Maintaining quality systems and standards: ISO22000, GMP - Improvement process and cost saving and searching for innovation. - Creating productivity improvement by following up on new Technology/ knowledge and improvement of machine production process/ method. <More Details> - Compiling operation and management reports - Supervising and Motivation for all worker as team. - Carrying out regular health and safety in whole team. - Management KPIs Monitoring System Implementation <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree or Higher in Technology, Industrial Engineer or any related field. - At least 8-10 years’ experience from Packaging or Printing Industry or Food packaging industry - Standards of ISO 22000, GMP, FASSC 22000 (advantage) - At least 3 years' experience in management level - Good command in English (occasionally contact with overseas suppliers) <In details> - Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be energetic and a strategic thinker. - Understanding of productivity, cost control and basic profit and loss. - Good Computer proficiency, SAP <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in working with Printing & Packaging will be specially considered.
