Production Manager @Prachinburi (40K-75K) (SDG-29538)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Management and Development Production Process (build up all activity for achieve target of yield, quality, delivery and cost
 Improvement the process to highest performance
 Manage and control the supervisor and engineers for improve and develop operators follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude
 Manage and control quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016 for production
 Manage production planning improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productivity controlling to redue the loss in the process



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial , Electronic, Electrical Engineering or related field
 Management experience about 5-10 of PCB business or automotive industry
 Management experience in Manufacturing (employee more than 500)
 Good in relationship and coordination skill
 Quality System : ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF1649:2016
 High motivation to improve

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in Japanese company

English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area Experience in Japanese company
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
