Production Engineer Supervisor (25K–35K) (SDG-114263)

<Job responsibilities>
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Lead, train, and manage a TEAM of production staff and engineers.
- Control operators, machines, and materials to meet targets for quantity, quality, and delivery.
- Monitor manpower and manage labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
- Focus on reducing reject rates and scrap quantities through continuous improvement actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
- Have experience more than 3 years as a production engineer in manufacturing. (prefer automotive/electronics industry)
- English Conversational middle level (Communicate with Japanese management, documents and reports)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines is an advantage.

Workplace Area: Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday working every other week (According to the company's calendar))
