<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Arrange operators to work in each production line according to production target.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Training to operators, make training records and skill matrix .
- Issue work instructions and QC points control actual process to be as them.
- Control working process, sequence, line balance to make high efficiency and high productivities.
- Control quality of out put product from production line
- Set up new production line. Modify or improve current production line properties.
- Check daily check sheet and control chart, issued monthly record of production line.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
・Have working experience at least 3 years about Production engineer in any manufacturing industry.
・Advance conversation low-middle level of English
・Able to read drawing
・Able to use Microsoft program
