Production Deputy General Manager (80K – 90K) (SDG-53960) รองผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: -Take care and Supervise overall of Production Department including 4 sections which is Mixing, Packaging, ฺฺBottle Blowing and Maintenance -Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budget - Lead, coach and develop team members, ensure short and long-term resource planning -Drive knowledge management by keeping up with internal and external developments and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge -Participate in cross-functional teams, issues advice and/or customer and manufacturing support at request or at own initiative -Develop and maintain relations with internal and external departments in order to run the production process smoothly -Prioritize activities in accordance with business needs and optimizes efficiency -Drives best practices for products, processes and ways of working. -Other tasks as assigned Necessary Skill / Experience -Male only ,age between 40-50 years old -Bachelor Degree in any related engineering fields -At least 10 years work experience in Production Line in related Manufacturing company -At least 10 years work experience in Management Level as Manager -Be able to communicate in English (Advance Conversational Level Middle- High) -Strong Leadership Personality -Educational Background in Chemical Engineering -Experience in direct business Languages skills English : Conversational Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefit Salary: 80,000–90,000THB -Social Insurance -Private Insurance -Provident Fund -Annual Health Check About the allowance -Commuting allowance -Telephone allowance -Management allowance About the company -Business Type: manufacturing -Products: Consumer Goods Keywords -Production, Manager, Consumer Goods
