Production Control Supervisor (Hydraulic cylinder) (35K – 40K) (SDG-115534)
หัวหน้างานควบคุมฝ่ายผลิต (กระบอกไฮดรอลิก)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and adjust production schedules based on order status and inventory.
• Monitor production progress, ensure quality standards, and implement improvements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage procurement of necessary materials.
• Analyze production costs and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle production issues and delays while assessing and mitigating risks.
• Train and guide staff to ensure smooth operations and effective team management.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and quality control departments to maintain an optimal production system.
• Other tasks might be assigned
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาและปรับตารางการผลิตตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อและสินค้าคงคลัง
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าของการผลิต รับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพ และดำเนินการปรับปรุง
• รักษาระดับสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสมและจัดการการจัดหาวัสดุที่จำเป็น
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตและดำเนินการตามมาตรการเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน
• จัดการปัญหาการผลิตและความล่าช้าในขณะที่ประเมินและลดความเสี่ยง
• ฝึกอบรมและแนะนำพนักงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินงานราบรื่นและการจัดการทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ร่วมมือกับแผนกขาย โลจิสติกส์ และการควบคุมคุณภาพเพื่อรักษาระบบการผลิตให้เหมาะสม
