<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer with license Experience at least 10 years in procurement of construction business Good negotiation skill and business network (M&E sub-con/supplier) Good knowledge of construction Good English communication skill Leadership and proactive character Good computer skill (MS Officer) <Preferable Skill / Experience> AutoCAD 3D knowledge Track record working in Japanese construction Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, Bangkok Working Hour 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–54,000THB About the company Products: Construction Site Business Type: Construction / Home Building
