<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 3 years of experience in press or stamping production within the automotive parts manufacturing industry
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience managing production, quality, manpower, delivery, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience with automotive steel sheet press parts, body parts, or functional components
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS), Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement activities
- Experience in budget planning, cost control, and productivity improvement
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills
