Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sets specific objectives for all staff personnel necessary to direct the staff to the highest possible degree of overall plant efficiency.
• Motivates staff personnel through direct supervision to realize maximum potential and attain high level performance
• Conducts weekly and monthly meetings of staff personnel to evaluate levels of plant performance and directs changes in methods, planning, processing, and maintenance, as may be required to meet or exceed forecasts and control cost of manufacturer.
• Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Participating in the business planning and budget process by developing short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies.
• Assure that the plant is managed following BOS, IATF-16949, ISO-14001 & OSHAS 18001 requirements
• Comply with Layered Process Audits per the schedule produced by the BOS Coordinator.
• Comply with all BOS, IATF-16949 and Customer Specific requirements and reference to ADIENT BOS Responsibilities Matrix for all requirements related to this job title.
• Ensures that legal requirements are identified and achieved.
• Participates in establishing policy, objectives and targets for the Health, Safety and Environment program
• Participates in the Health, Safety and Environmental programs by following all policies
• Ensure continuous improvement activities are planned, implemented, measured, reported and reviewed in Plant Area.
• Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
• Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, Safety plan tour,
• Lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, Suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE.
• Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe.

• กำหนดและรับประกันความสำเร็จของตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) ทั้งหมด
• มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนธุรกิจและกระบวนการงบประมาณโดยพัฒนากลยุทธ์การควบคุม/ลดต้นทุนระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
• ตรวจสอบโรงงานว่าได้รับการจัดการตามข้อกำหนด BOS, IATF-16949, ISO-14001 และ OSHAS 18001
• ตรวจสอบกระบวนการแบบหลายชั้นตามกำหนดการที่จัดทำโดยผู้ประสานงาน BOS

• อัพเดทข้อค้นพบด้านความปลอดภัยบ่อยครั้งเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการบาดเจ็บ วัตถุประสงค์ และผลสัมฤทธิ์ของเป้าหมาย
• สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือในกิจกรรมและความคิดริเริ่มด้านความปลอดภัย: AMS ทัวร์แผนความปลอดภัย
• ฝึกอบรม HSE จัดสัปดาห์ความปลอดภัย และการสวม PPE อย่างเหมาะสม
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงในกิจกรรมภายในแผนกเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าวิธีการและระบบการทำงานมีความปลอดภัย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-48 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in engineering, business management or any related fields.
• Have working experience at least 10 years in plant management or operation management from automotive part (seat) industry.
• Management experience at least 5 years
• Advance conversation high - business level of English
• Knowledge of financial reporting (income statements/balance sheets, CCAIF)
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (up, down, peers)
• Effective written & oral communications, dispute resolution listening, presentation, group facilitation; influencing, thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge the computerized systems for word processing, spreadsheet applications and data bases to retrieve and analyze data and/or create reports.
• Can do attitude & Positive Thinking, Leadership demonstrated, creative problem-solving skills and good team playing.
• Experience in multinational company with over 1,000 employees would be advantaged is preferable.
