Operation Manager (Warehouse Manager) (50K–60K) (SDG-105658)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (ผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า)

<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor and manage the progress of warehouse operation to ensure that all process being carried OUT as planned
- Manage and Monitor investment budget and maintenance budget to be more efficiency and related with the company budget
- Manage subordinate including other company resource related to company policy
- Coordinate with both internal and external about the process of management.
- Support and manage company activities and policy as assigned for organization development such as 5S,
occupational health and safety, ESG and other related
- Manage warehouse operation based on operation system (OS) also make sure that all the operation processes are under the laws
- Other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ติดตามและจัดการความคืบหน้าของการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทั้งหมดดำเนินไปตามที่วางแผนไว้
- จัดการและติดตามงบประมาณการลงทุนและงบประมาณการบำรุงรักษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นและเกี่ยวข้องกับงบประมาณของบริษัท
- จัดการลูกน้องรวมถึงทรัพยากรอื่น ๆ ของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท
- ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ
- สนับสนุนและจัดการกิจกรรมและนโยบายของบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กร เช่น 5ส
อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ESG และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าตามระบบปฏิบัติการ (OS) อีกทั้งดูแลให้กระบวนการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมาย
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in logistic management or other related fields
- 6-8 years experience in warehouse and logistic (warehouse is a must experience)
- Working experience in Warehouse management in management level for more than 5 years
- Able to manage manage subordinate for 200 people up.
- Able to handle to with the pressure and solve problem issue
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 700 up)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the warehouse management with Japanese company
- Experience in warehouse operation
- Management experience of 150-200+ members

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri (2-3 times Saturday working per Month based on company calendar))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 40 - 47 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 6-8 ปีในด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์ (ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้าในระดับบริหารมามากกว่า 5 ปี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการลูกน้องได้ตั้งแต่ 200 คนขึ้นไป
- สามารถรับมือกับความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (TOEIC 700 ขึ้นไป)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้ากับบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคลังสินค้า
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการของสมาชิก 150-200+ คน

เวลาทำงาน: 7:30-16:30 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์ (ทำงานวันเสาร์ 2-3 ครั้งต่อเดือนตามปฏิทินบริษัท))
