Motorcycle Export Specialist (JP/ 1 year contract) (25K-42K) (SDG-81687)
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการส่งออกรถจักรยานยนต์ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น / สัญญา 1 ปี)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Contribute to export operation improvement and projects related to export activities’ improvement
- Handle order receiving from overseas clients and provide as production request to manufacturers along with Gap Analysis.
- Make monthly report of Order/Production/Sales/Stock analysis
- Simulate Price Break Down along with Gap analysis and issue Quotation to clients after got management approval.
- Prepare, process, and verify all Re-Invoice/ Import / Export Document (ex. Invoice, Packing List, BL etc.) to ensure accuracy of document and to comply with law and regulations.
- Control shipment and schedule management to ensure on-time delivery as clients request.
- Monitor and solve day-to-day operational activities by coordinating with overseas clients and manufacturers and report situation to supervisors.
- Translate Japanese to Thai or English in meeting or documents as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 23-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in any related field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Export/Import/Logistic field
- Business level of Japanese with JLPT N3
- Excellent command in English, (Prefer TOEIC Score 650+)
- Have proactive mindset, good in analytical thinking, and being results oriented.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday : depend on company's calendar (around 1 Sat per month) )

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงการดำเนินการส่งออกและโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการส่งออก
- จัดการการรับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าต่างประเทศและจัดหาตามคำขอการผลิตให้กับผู้ผลิตพร้อมกับ Gap Analysis
- ทำรายงานประจำเดือนของ Order/Production/Sales/Stock analysis
- จำลองการแบ่งราคาพร้อมกับการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างและออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้าหลังจากได้รับการอนุมัติจากผู้บริหาร
- จัดเตรียม ดำเนินการ และตรวจสอบเอกสาร Re-Invoice/ Import/Export ทั้งหมด (เช่น Invoice, Packing List, BL เป็นต้น) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเอกสารมีความถูกต้องแม่นยำ และเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
- ควบคุมการจัดส่งและการจัดการตารางเวลาเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการส่งมอบตรงเวลาตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
- ติดตามและแก้ไขกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานในแต่ละวันโดยประสานงานกับลูกค้าและผู้ผลิตในต่างประเทศ และรายงานสถานการณ์ต่อหัวหน้างาน
- แปลภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นไทยหรืออังกฤษในการประชุมหรือเอกสารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านส่งออก/นำเข้า/โลจิสติกส์ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่นด้วย JLPT N3
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ต้องการคะแนน TOEIC 650+)
- มีความคิดเชิงรุก คิดวิเคราะห์ได้ดี และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาซัพพลายเชน โลจิสติกส์ เศรษฐศาสตร์
