Manager of Project Management (80K–100K) (SDG-93102)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Identify key technical terms from due diligence on the new potential projects until commercial operation.
• Identify key technical terms technical key terms of financial assessments, feasibility and due diligence of new opportunities and making recommendations for investment.
• Identify key risks and mitigation plan (technical/commercial aspects) from due diligence on the new potential projects.
• Work with senior management to identify the investment strategy for each development opportunity and each individual project to ensure the maximize the returns for the Company.
• Work with Business Development team to secure projects.
• Appoint and coordinate with project consultants and contractors.
• Contract negotiation / review / management (technical/commercial aspects):
• Identify key terms and conditions of relevant contracts for project development, e.g., MOU, JDA, SHA, etc.
• Manage relevant project agreements to achieve key milestone dates.
• Draft/review contracts (in cooperation with legal department and other relevant departments).
• Monitoring project during construction.
• Prepare presentation / executive summary for managements / board of directors’ consideration.
• Draft formal letter / agenda / report for management or relevant parties in both Thai and English
• Project development and project management role to lead the team in development and execution of the assigned project and being accountable for the success of the assigned project.
• Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
• Lead the technical scope and support the non-technical scope in development of the projects.
• Execution phase of the projects; responsible for project management to achieve schedule, budget, and quality targets including coordinating with team and providing support on relevant issues to complete project effectively.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 35 years old
- An Engineering Degree is a must.
• Experienced in power plant construction project or similar.
• Understand business development process.
• Highly skilled/experienced in management EPC project.
• Strong business acumen is required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in development projects and project management specifically in the power generation business and energy market.(must be at least 3-5 years as a manager level at current company)
• Demonstrable successful experience in business development and project management skills.
• Experience in many types of power plant e.g., Coal, Gas, Hydropower, Biomass, and Renewable would be an advantage.
• Experienced in management EPC project. (Power Plant)
• Experience in power plant construction project or similar.
• Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Project management, scheduling and resource planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Understanding Business Development.
• Understanding engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
• “Get it done” mindset.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Experienced from Public Company Limited
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or International Business would be an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Monday-Thursday WIO , Friday is WFH/Anywhere))
