<Job Responsibilities>
This position is will be working with QA/QC Division
- Plan and modify the machine to improve the machine quality
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Maintenance Team for quality check and analyze the reason of problem
- Thinking of solution to enhance the production process
- Design and programming the machine
- Plan test and trial of the new or modified machine
- Other tasks as assign by management
- Sometime might need to go to Sinsakhon Factory (Has company bus)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female age 38 – 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5-7 year of experience in modify and kaizen-ing electrical machine as well as maintenance
- Able to analyze and identify the machine quality
- Good skill in AutoCAD, PLC programming
- Knowledge for Electrical Diagram
- Good command of English skill (Communicate with Headquarter and overseas factory)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience with Machine related with Spouted pouch or Printing Machine
- Working experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri )

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ตำแหน่งนี้จะทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย QA / QC
- วางแผนและปรับเปลี่ยนเครื่องจักรเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพเครื่องจักร
- ประสานงานกับ QA / QC และทีมซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา
- คิดหาทางออกเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิต
- ออกแบบและเขียนโปรแกรมเครื่องจักร
- วางแผนทดสอบและทดลองใช้เครื่องใหม่หรือที่แก้ไขแล้ว
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
- บางครั้งอาจต้องไปโรงงานสินสาคร (มีรถประจำทาง)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 38 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปีในการปรับเปลี่ยนและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องไฟฟ้าไคเซ็นรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษา
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และระบุคุณภาพเครื่องจักรได้
- มีทักษะในการเขียนโปรแกรม AutoCAD, PLC เป็นอย่างดี
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแผนภาพไฟฟ้า
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่และโรงงานในต่างประเทศ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Spouted pouch หรือ Printing Machine
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
