<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
・Manage shit work of department and daily work progress.
・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
・Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 33 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than 3 years working experience as sales, sales support, logistic staff in Japanese company
・Conversational high level of English (Internal communication)
・Good communication skills
・Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill
・MS Office(Excel/PowerPoint), good computer literacy
・Proactive, fast learner and committed to work preferred
・Personality: Active

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Working experience in Logistics/Retail Shop/Call center
・Working experience of Office Clerk
・Working experience of management.
・Business Japanese skill (N-2 Level or more)

Workplace Area: Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Shift work)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
・รับผิดชอบการทำงานของระบบภายในที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินการคลังสินค้าและการจัดส่งบนพีซี
・จัดการการโทรและการสอบถามของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการจัดส่ง
・ติดต่อประสานงานกับพนักงานจัดส่ง/ร้านค้าในการดำเนินการจัดส่ง
・สื่อสารและประสานงานกับบริษัทคู่ค้า
・จัดการงานอึของแผนกและความคืบหน้าของงานประจำวัน
・ปฏิบัติงานเฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารเป็นครั้งคราว
・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 33 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
・ประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในตำแหน่งฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขาย พนักงานขนส่งในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
・การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (การสื่อสารภายใน)
·ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
・ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
・MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
・ชอบเชิงรุก เรียนรู้เร็ว และมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน
・บุคลิกภาพ: คล่องแคล่ว
