Logistic Manager (50K-70K) (SDG-73207)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Taking care of on-going operational transportation & cool storage services; Delivery Services (Driver & Loader),
- Control finish good in cool storage and delivery to the depots or customer properly
- Cool storage management with at least 5000 pallets
- Planning and Organizing to fully utilize company’s resources in order to highest efficiency and productivity which include managing existing
- Ensure all procedures/work instructions are practically implemented, properly managed, documented, updated, and well understood by all parties’ related to Transportation department.
- Ensure that all Transportation staffs are properly addressed and work according to safety and security procedures related to safety and security policy announced by the Company.
- This task is also required transportation manager to play major part of safety & security incident/ accident investigation, reports, execution and preventive action.
- Managing, monitoring and controlling all delivery staffs to achieve KPIs and company goals.
- Got invoices from Sales, Production, Store and all Depots to distribute and delivery the product properly.
- Ensuring quality, Delivery budget and Delivery objective are met
- Make transportation report everyday (follow invoice).
- Maintain and improve efficient and timely delivery to customer.
- Join regular meeting to maintain system/processes and solving problem and improvement with all management team.
- Coordinate and Cooperate with all concerned department to make sure goods arrange from cool room arrange under good quality, complete quantity and on time.
- Prepare and Present the monthly report to Management when required
- Control goods return from the depots.
- Improve delivery process and cost effectively.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 38-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years experienced in Domestic Transportation or Own Fleet Management
- At least 3 years in supervisory/ management level.
- Good leadership and good combination of process, people and detail oriented styles, especially ability to handle the drivers & loaders is essential.
- Good communication in English and proficient skills of computer.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good experienced working under Hygienic & Food Safety Standard including Quality and Productivity Improvement.
- Experiences in cool storage management

Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17:00 for Friday), flexible for visiting clients, according to company's regulations)
